To say I am obsessed with problem-solving is an understatement. Paired with my passion for staging and organization; I help others that are struggling to find a solution for their home or office.
For over 20 years, I worked in the Retail industry for a Fortune 15 company that allowed me to expand my portfolio in to various square footage settings with various challenges.
From there, I studied merchandising and staging and how the psychological aspects influence all senses of a consumer. I started out with small projects in my own homes, and friends and neighbors homes. Soon after, Real Estate agents were pursuing me for consultations.
I am not a large corporation with a large team that pursues multi-million dollar homes, and charges a premium for their services. That works for them, not me.
I am just an extremely talented individual, with an extensive background that just wants to do what she loves for a living, meanwhile helping others make more profit on their Real Estate project. The bonus is earning a reasonable paycheck for that service.
My Specialty
Real Estate can feel very personal for most of us. If you or a loved one is looking to downsize their living space for the next chapter, I specialize in providing a solution to help sell the current home as well as finding creative solutions for the new home so that it minimizes the impact of change. You may have lived in the home creating memories with family and friends, expanding your family, experienced a life change, upgraded it, built a business, or you just bought it as an income property. Bottom line is that you paid for it with YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

My services range from a basic consultation to provide you with ideas to do on your own, to a-la-carte solutions, to full staging options. I will provide you with an initial analysis to help identify gaps and opportunities, and results in a comprehensive report that includes a project plan with timelines and a cost analysis. My goal is to save you time, and MAKE YOU MORE MONEY!
